Casey is a creative director who has spent fifteen years developing impactful design for beauty, liquor and consumer product brands. As a creative director, she posseses expertise in packaging, branding, promotional marketing, and digital experiences. She worked on a wide range of projects for Fortune 500 and boutique brands alike including L'Oreal, Aveda, Eileen Fisher, Chobani, Sprout Baby, NBC Universal and Travel + Leisure Magazine. She backs her experience up with an acute understanding of trend relevance and a hands-on approach that pushes design boundaries. With an academic foundation in both marketing and design, Casey has an in-depth understanding of strategic branding and she is a conceptual designer and thinker.
Jesse is a multitalented filmmaker with over twelve years of experience making documentary, narrative, and commercial content for the internet and television. Jesse has honed his skills writing, directing, shooting and editing digital content for brands including Clarins, Jaguar, and Bombay Sapphire. Comfortable on both small scale 'run and gun' shoots, as well as directing large crews on bigger budget projects, Jesse has is a multidisciplinary collaborator who brings stories to life.
Beth is a seasoned strategist with 15+ years in the industry. She operates under the premise that the better you know someone, the harder it is not to like them, and the more you like them, the more effectively you can persuade them to change behavior. Her stellar skills include research design and implementation; pitch strategy development and killer workshop design. Beth has worked on a wide range of brands including Chevrolet, Smirnoff, Cîroc, General Mills, and White Castle.
